As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, we are implementing a series of measures to ensure the health of our warehouse staff. To limit staff exposure, we will be isolating all incoming returns for 3-5 days. This will result in your return being delayed. After the isolation period we will then process the return. We appreciate your patience on the delay during this temporary change to our returns process.

*Due to unusually high volumes, our current estimate for return processing is: 14 - 16 days.
We want you to love everything you purchase from Kiwininjas, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, we offer free returns and exchanges through our Returns Center for U.S. orders. Please note: any additional duties and taxes for international delivery will not be refunded.
Simply return the product to us in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) within 30 days and we'll issue you a refund. If you want to make an exchange for a different size or color the Returns Center will allow you to place an exchange order instantly. International orders, orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange.
